Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions. This policy sets out how the personal data of LUCH platform users and conference participants is processed. This is temporary text and will be replaced with a document from the client.

2. What data we process. Name, email address, phone number, organization, country, answers to learning tasks and voice recordings.

3. Purposes of processing. Conference registration, providing access to learning, building a personal plan, sending reminders.

4. Storage. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. Voice recordings are deleted 90 days after the pilot ends.

5. Transfer to third parties. Only minimal data is shared with artificial intelligence services, without names or contact details.
